Clive, my internal Slack assistant
Clive is a Slack-native AI assistant that works like a daily chief of staff. Every morning it pulls together everything scattered across my tools and hands me a single prioritized plan for the day, right inside Slack where I already work.
The information I need to run my day lives in five different apps. Clive collapses that into one place, so I start each morning with a plan instead of a scavenger hunt.
Where this fits
- Account teams
- One morning post per account lead pulling together client emails, upcoming calls, and open deliverables, so nothing surfaces for the first time in a status meeting.
- Founders and owners
- The same daily brief across sales, delivery, and finance, for the person whose job is everything at once.
- Any team already living in Slack
- The pattern moves to whatever your tools are. The value is the single prioritized surface, not the specific integrations.
How it works
- 1Gathers the day's context
Pulls signals from Google Calendar, Gmail, Notion, Fathom, and Slack to see what's on my plate.
- 2Builds a daily to-do list
Synthesizes those inputs into a prioritized set of tasks, plus a heads-up on what's coming on the calendar and what to watch for.
- 3Delivers it in Slack
Posts the daily brief straight into Slack. No new app to open, no new habit to build.
- 4Closes the loop
I mark tasks complete right from Slack, and a workflow tracks what actually got done.
Want something like this for your team?
This is the kind of thing I build for clients. Tell me what's eating your team's week and I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth automating.
